Out-of-call is a message received whom the call-id has already been used in a
previous terminated call
When a message is not ACK it is retransmitted after a delay (param retrans in
scenario). "Time Out" occurs when a message expected is not received after a
timeout and the scenario is marked as failed.
If you have "out of call", it must because you exit the call before receiving
the remaining message.
