Maybe you should post your question to the mailling list of you IMS
implementation because your problem is clearly not related to sipp.

it is happen after client has been registered in IMS Core;
I need SIP OPTIONS Message to test P-CSCF status and capabilities; and to
estimate RTT time between client and IMS Core (PCSCF); to adjust SIP Timers;

SIP OPTIONS is used from UA to UA. Why a UA should know some information about
the ICSCF ?
Is this happen after you client has been registered?

Hello all;
i am trying to send SIP OPTIONS message using SIPp to Open IMS Core;
but i get this error:
SIP/2.0 406 Initial Request Method not allowed at the I-CSCF;
is this mean that I-CSCF does not support SIP OPTIONS message;
and how i can use sipp to test pcscf compatibilities Or any SIP proxy?.
