I am running the Windows XP version of the SIPP program. The program had be
previously running fine on the system until I tried it recently. Now when I try
to run it, with any command line args, I get the error 'Error opening terminal:
dumb'. I have tried uninstalling a reinstalling the program and still get the
error. Does anyone have any ideas on why this error is occurring.
