Sipp 3.2 compiled on cygwin (1.5) is not able to run external commands (any
command including echo). I traced the code, actually call.cpp is calling system
(x), however command does not get executed (no errors either). I verified I
only have one version of cygwin1.dll. I wrote a small test C code to run a
system command and compiled under cygwin, and ran the exe from command prompt -
works fine.
I don't have this trouble with sipp 3.2 on Linux.
