Leaving warnings in the compilation isn't a good practice(and is a problem
for the developers) but they don't prevent the make command to compile and
create a SIPp exec.... so it will still give you a valid SIPp exec file you
can play with.
Try to run your scenario again with the new sipp you just compiled
