Thanks Greg! I was able to get it to compile and executable "runs" - however,
I'm getting the following error when I tried to execute any scenario:

Error opening terminal: cygwin

I am invoking from a normal windows command prompt. Not sure if I need to do
this under the CYGWIN terminal or not. And if so, (embarassingly) I don't know
how to invoke the Sipp executable under that terminal.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!
