SIPp has some scenarios embedded on it.
You can dump them like this:
sipp -sd uas > uas.xml
sipp -sd uac > uac.xml
(there are other embedded scenarios, read the doc:
http://sipp.sourceforge.net/doc/reference.html).
Then you can edit them and use then passing option -sf instead of -sn
sipp -sf uac.xml ...
