Hello,
sipp is just a tool like a multimeter.
When you see messages like the above they don't mean sipp tester is buggy
or failing. It is just giving you data/information about what you are
testing.
In the above it means you the system under test is not responding according
to the expectations (assuming there is no problem with your xml scenario).
So you have to check it and correct/adjust it.
