I think you've put your "-key domain test.test.bla.com" in the middle of your port setting "-p 5060" so sipp tries to use -key as the port number, which is not a valid integer. Also note you mention domain and [domina], not sure if this is just a typo on the email or you have a typo on your command line/xml too.
