I think this might be fixed by https://sourceforge.net/p/sipp/patches/48/, which is in the current git code but not in SIPp 3.3. Can you get a copy of the latest code from https://sourceforge.net/p/sipp/git/ci/master/tree/ and see if the problem still occurs?
