That SIPp screen only says that SIPp is trying to send an INVITE, and not getting back the 100 Trying response it expects. It doesn't say hat sort of message it is receiving, but using the -trace_err or -trace_msg options to SIPp will produce a log file that makes that clearer. It might be a 401 Unauthorised or 403 Forbidden error, if Asterisk expects a username and password, or a 404 Not Found if you're calling from/to a user that doesn't exist.

Can you run SIPp again with the -trace_msg option and send me the uac_<pid>_messages.log file?
