It might be another issue but I think that, in o and c lines, you should be
using IP[local_ip_type] and not IP6[local_ip_type].

I am trying to establish audio/video call with sipp using .pcap, but my
audio is not working. When I analyze stream with wireshark, I am able to play
audio, so .pcap should be ok. I am using PCMU-A for audio and H263 for video.
