I've found http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mean_opinion_score - assuming this is what you mean, SIPp doesn't support calculating this.
I'm working on an alternative, jSIPp, which does have better media statistics support (https://github.com/rkday/jsipp, especially https://github.com/rkday/jsipp/wiki/ZeroMQ#rtcp) - but this is not at all mature yet, and I haven't had time to update it for a few weeks now.
