Hello
Does someone has managed to compile SIP 3.4 under Cygwin and if yes can you
tell me how you did it please, because the SIPp documentation is not helping
very much about that.
I've visited many website but there is no solution working for me.
I always get the following message when doing ./configure --with-pcap :
(...)
checking for library containing pcap_op
configure: error: pcap library missing
I tried this how to, but it doesn't work
