Hi Anisha,

the only thing that seems a little strange to me in your trace is the
to-tag already in the 100-trying. The to-tag identifies the creation of
a dialog. From the RFC3261 12.1 i found the following:

Within this specification, only
   2xx and 101-199 responses with a To tag, where the request was
   INVITE, will establish a dialog.

So 100 is excluded here. Maybe this is your problem. But just a guess...
