Having problem when configuring sip 3.3 or 3.4. Get the following error:
checking for ANSI C header files... yes
checking for initscr in -lcurses... no
configure: error: ncurses library missing
-bash: make: command not found
I installed Cygwin several time looking for any ncurses which I selected to
install.
Any one get same error and if so, how was it resolved, Thank you.
