Just to satisfy my curiosity, what version of sipp do you use, i.e. what 
forces you to use wav2rtp and then pcap_play instead of sipp 3.4's 
fusion of these two steps into one, which is the rtp_stream?

(not that it would change much here - its source suggests that it 
increments the ssrc for each new stream, but the drawback is that it 
starts from a fixed value so if you run two scenarios against each 
other, the N-th calls in both scenarios will have the same ssrc anyway).
