In my SIPp 3.3, the response code simply cannot be a variable,
regardless whether a local one or taken from the csv, and regardless
whether the local one is a numeric or string one.
So currently, the only workaround available is the following:
<nop>
<action>
<assignstr assign_to="rsp_code" value="[field0]"/>
<ereg regexp="486" search_in="var" variable="rsp_code"
assign_to="rsp_486"/>
<ereg regexp="606" search_in="var" variable="rsp_code"
assign_to="rsp_606"/>
<ereg regexp="603" search_in="var" variable="rsp_code"
assign_to="rsp_603"/>
...
</action>
</nop>
<send condexec="rsp_486">
<![CDATA[
SIP/2.0 486 [field1]
...
]]>
</send>
<send condexec="rsp_606">
<![CDATA[
SIP/2.0 606 [field1]
...
]]>
</send>
<send condexec="rsp_603">
<![CDATA[
SIP/2.0 603 [field1]
...
]]>
</send>
...
