Can you elaborate on the complete test arrangements for the individual
cases and the planned role of SIPp in them?
You can simulate easily any call forwarding scenario using SIPp, and you
can simulate not-so-easily the call transfer scenarios. However, a 3PTY
conference mixed at one of the participating CPEs looks exactly like two
individual calls at SIP level but requires mixing at media level, and
the latter is what SIPp cannot simulate. For a 3PTY conference deploying
an external conference bridge, the situation is the same, you can use
SIPp to simulate both the conference bridge and the controlling CPE at
SIP level but not at media level.
