Hi All, I am working on a particular negative test scenario related to ACD overflow entry and have a query regarding the number of extensions that can be assigned to an overflow entry. Is it possible to assign more than one extension as overflow entry apart from using hunts groups or queues. Would appreciate if someone can help me with the expected behavior for the subject scenario.
