I feel very strongly that we should not ask the question.

Every configuration choice is a multiplier for our testing - a simple
yes/no answer _doubles_ the testing burden.  One could argue that we
could only test the default answer, but I think that would be asking for
trouble - if we're going to do that then we should just not ask.

I don't see any reason why anyone would want to turn it off if sipXecs
works with it on; since we will presumably have verified that everything
works, there's no reason to turn it off.

There is already documentation on how to control SElinux - at most we'll
need to point to that, but I see no reason to worry about that now.
