Hello, I configured a system with call park assigned to extension 401. I called from one extension to another in my pbx and transferred the call from the called extension to the park service. I hear music on hold at the caller and the called party is disconnected as expected. However, after the confiugured 30 second interval, the called party ( that parked the call ) was not transferred the call back.
Upon examination of the traces, I notice a REFER issued by the Park server after the configured interval. However, the proxy server issues a challenge 407 to the park server. The Park server does not answer the challenge. I am not sure what is wrong with my configuration. Any clues? Thank you. Ranga -- M.
