Changing PROXY_SERVER_SIP_PORT in config.defs changes the port on which
sipXproxy listens. But you have to ensure that your phones know what
port sipXproxy is listening on. In many cases, you can tell a phone
that the proxy is "[your domain name]:[port]", and it will work. To be
more sophisticated, you can provide SRV records for your SIP domain, and
the SRV record will specify the port number as well as the host name for
your SIP system.
