I have committed a fix for this in r13404. Macro expansion now works properly at sipxconfig build time. Now, the question is why Huijun is unable to even get the file to replicate. Huijun, are you seeing the osconfig line that Damian pointed out in his post? If not, then that file is not being copied to your install dir correctly. Once you can see that line in the file in your install dir, all should replicate fine (except for sipxpresence-config, for which there is an open issue).
