Hi All,
With reference to the Issue XECS-860, I am trying to Upgrade the
Firmware of the Nortel 1535 Video phones but i as unable to Upgrade the
Firmware version.
The Nortel 1535 Video Phone which i have has the h/w and s/w version as
Hardware version:1.0 and Software version
0.1.91
The steps I followed as suggested in the Issue XECS-860.
1.Logged in as Superadmin
2.Click on /Devices/Device Files
3.Choose "Unmanaged (F)TFTP Files"
4.Upload firmware files for LG1535.
5.Click to "Active" it.
6.Access on screen of LG1535
Go to:
MENU > SETTINGS > SYSTEM SETTINGS > TECHNICAL FEATURES > DOWNLOAD
SERVER ADDRESS with download server address is address of SCS server
Choose "Update Software" to start download firmware.
-When I press "Update Software" button it displays an error message on
the TUI of the phone " Updating software connection failed."
Kindly advise how to upgrade the Firmware version of the Nortel 1535
video phones from 1.91 to 1.92.
