Hi All,
I was searching route for ACD call on Sipxces means how many
modules Sipxces use to route the ACD server call?
How a particular ACD call travels in Sipxces?
For this I took help of Sipxces log files and I found
When a call enters in Sipxces first goes to
Sipxproxy---->
sipxtacklib---->sipxproxy---->sipxregistry---->sipxtacklib (?)
Please make me more clear regarding this.
I would also like to know that how it recognize queue number,
agent number etc.
