I also noticed on a clean system that the new 3.2.7 cgicc RPM fails to create the proper link in /usr/lib. At compile time I receive an error that /usr/lib/libcgicc.so can not be found. Manually creating a link to /usr/lib/libcgicc.so.5.0.2 fixed this.
