There are instructions on how to add an alarm at http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/HowTo_add_a_new_alarm. I did one alarm from java code: see sipXconfig/neoconf/src/org/sipfoundry/sipxconfig/login/LoginContextImpl. java. Not sure if this helps...
