It is currently hard coded in the UAVendorList which is a private
member of the org.sipfoundry.commons.discovery.DiscoveryService class
(sipXcommons/src/main/java/org/sipfoundry/commons/discovery/
DiscoveryService.java). These OUI mappings should probably be moved
out to a properties file.
