Hello, I have the version 3.10.2. I configured the voice mail to work with Microsoft Exchange. Everything worked perfectly. Ai created an automated attendant Exchange and created the trunk pointed to the Exchange. Then I created a custom dial plan. Prefix: 300 and 0 digits Permission: All unchecked. Resulting Call: 300 and nothing. Gateway: ExchangeTrunk
Once I create the plan to meet the voice mail to work. When you delete or disable the plan to meet again to work the voice mail. Another thing that's happening is that answering the exchange is not forwarding the call to any extension. It seems that the error. What's wrong?
