Hi All, I'm trying to track down some comprehensive documentation on the Web Services offered by sipX/sipconfig.
Of particular interest are the services used for ACD live call statistics and also the User and Phone administration. I've found that the documentation offered on the SIPfoundry wiki (http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/SipX_ConfigServer_SOAP_API) is not very useful. There do not appear to be any guides on how to use the services. To further compound the problem I'm not a Ruby, Python or Perl person so the samples are difficult for me to interpret. The other problem I am having is obtaining a comprehensive list of services available on my switch. Using this list of source files (http://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipXecs/main/sipXconfig/web/src/org/s ipfoundry/sipxconfig/api/) and trial and error I've located the following services (all prefixed by https://<myswitch>:8443/sipxconfig/services/) * CallGroupService?wsdl * ConferenceBridgeService?wsdl * DeviceDiscoveryService?wsdl * ParkOrbitService?wsdl * PermissionService?wsdl * PhoneService?wsdl * SystemService?wsdl * TestService?wsdl * UserService?wsdl But again there is no thorough documentation on how to use these services and none of these appear to be for the ACD. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
