Over the past few weeks, a number of versions of the jain-sip-sdp JAR
have been put into the codebase, and the location to which they are
installed has changed. This can cause some weird Java errors upon
startup, including:

javax.sip.PeerUnavailableException: The Peer SIP Stack:
gov.nist.javax.sip.SipStackImpl could not be instantiated. Ensure the Path Name
has been set.

Ranga explained to me how to fix this:

- Delete all the files named 'jain-sip-sdp*.jar'
under .../usr/share/java/sipXecs and .../usr/share/sipxpbx.

- Rebuild sipXcommons (to install the latest version in the correct
place).
