On my system /usr/share/java/sipXecs is owned by root, is that the
normal owner?

Dave.

Who owns /usr/share/java/sipXecs ? As far as I remember, sipxchange user
runs the httpd.

        Hi,

I'm trying to install a localization package in main stream sipx
version 3.11.7-01366 (using SLES10SP1) but I get an error in
sipxconfig.log and the install fails. The sipxconfig.log error is:
sipxlocalization: '/usr/share/java/sipXecs' is not a writable
directory

The permissions on /usr/share/java/sipXecs is 755, but the
localization package installs OK if the permission is set to 775
instead. Not sure if the localization package install is supposed to be
working at the moment? Should the permissions on /usr/share/java/sipXecs
be 775 ?
