Got that one (init.d script)

These are, I think, coming from sipXconfig.sh as it sets up the java
keystore.  There are some (old) problems with this that have been masked
by throwing away this output.

I'm looking these sipXconfig keystore problems now...

Will submit a fix for both of the above shortly.
