Only if you also update everything that uses any domain alias to use it
(otherwise we'll never get it all cleaned up).

The directive in domain-config should probably be DOMAIN_ALIASES.

Note for the sipXconfig team:  in the current alias lists, we usually
include the IP address of the host.  With this change, it will have to
be modified to include _all_ the IP addresses of _all_ hosts.
