OK - but let's keep the number of things in domain-config to minimum. The
system will quickly become of unmanageable if we don't. And we will have a
seemingly endless stream of complaints from the users about it.

In the end it does not help user experience much... And it's a new thing to
implement. Open JIRA issues please.

Huijun - for now just send the patch that modifies domain-config in the way
you and Scott need it. We'll tackle the restart issue separately.
