The dialplan rule with description '944 01217140164' is misconfigured.
It catches any user (".") whose domain matches the local domain and
requires 'long distance' permissions hence the challenge. You should
take a second look at this rule and make it less encompassing, e.g. use
more restricitve user match conditions by imposing certain prefixes or
length.
