Thanks for the suggestion Damian.  I don't see the .in file (which
should be processed at build time) or the resulting
sipx-change-date-init script in the .tar.gz.  I also unpackaged
the .tar.gz and don't see the libexec dir that I expected to see there,
as this is where the sipx-change-date-init script goes
libexec/sipXecs/setup.d
