Under normal conditions, Apache produces some useless messages on
stdout/stderr. But if its configuration file is bad, Apache will fail
to start and will not provide any ordinary logging output (because it
uses the config files to find the log file), just some messages to
stderr.
To fix these two problems, etc/init.d/sipxpbx will now capture Apache's
stdout and stderr into var/log/sipxpb/httpd_{stdout,stderr}.log. If
your Apache fails to start completely, check in these files for why.
