The attached merged1.xml shows a bridged inbound INVITE to the AA ( 100 ). The caller wants to transfer to extension 204. IVR does not want to send a REFER with credentials back in response to the challenge The attached merged2.xml shows the same call initiated from a PBX extension. The transfer in this case works quite well. I am not sure what is causing the difference in behavior. I request some help in figuring this out.
