Hello, i am trying to implement an application, that observes all telephones registered to the SipX in realtime. The presence server cannot be used for my application as not all telephones that are used support presence. I already figured out how the call state events are stored in SIPXCDR but unfortunately calls answered by Voicemail and ACD are not stored there. Is there a way to talk to SipX through RPC or something else to get the whole call information?
