We actually do not have any other service that represents conferencing for
now. So once you add a freeswitch service to a server you will see a
conference bridge available on that server. You do not have to use it though.

We could probably change it by adding an empty "conferencing" service...
Let's get back to this when new UI for adding services is in place.
