I have created a new Jira XCF-3092 <http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XCF-3092> Damian has asked me to bring this issue to the dev list: After localization to say French, or UK English the Music On Hold default.wav file is not localized and after some time the caller hears "Please Hold" and "Thank you" in American English during the playback of the MOH wav file. I would suggest either we re-record the MOH file with no speech, or we localize the file so it changes depending on which language is used ...?
