Hi all, I have a SIP UA that sends an INVITE to the proxy. The proxy responds with the 100 Trying but this message fails to get to the SIP UA so it retransmits the INVITE. Should the proxy re-send a 100 Trying? I see that the SIP UA did not increment the Cseq header in the retransmit, should it have? I find RFC 3261 a bit nebulous on this point.
