Hi All,
I am updating the test cases for "Paging Groups" and came across two
scenarios.There are no test cases for these scenarios.
Please let me know if the below mentioned scenarios are valid and if so
what should be an Expected Result thereby I can update the test cases
accordingly.
My Setup
==========
Precondition
--------------
1.Add any 5 Phones namely: Phone1,Phone2,Phone3,Phone4 and Phone5.
2.Add Paging group extension *7745.
3.Phone2,Phone3 and Phone4 are the members of the Paging group 45.
Scenario I
-----------
1.From Phone1 dial *7745.
2.Phone2,Phone3 and Phone4 are auto answered and there is a clear audio
flow from Phone1.
3.From Phone3 do Blind Transfer or Consultative Transfer to Phone5(idle
phone)
Here what should be the Expected Result?
This scenario may or may not be a valid but would like to know the
Expected Response if at all this is an valid scenario.
Actual Result:
Was not able to Blind or Consultative Transfer to Phone5
from Phone3.
Scenario II
-------------
1.Dial to 100@<xxxx.qantom.int> and dial the Extension of the Paging
group(*7745).
What should be the Expected Response to this scenario?
Actual Result:
When connected to AA(100) and tried to dial *7745(as soon as
* is pressed), the prompt "Your call is been answered........" is
repeated again...
