The hunt group table was used by a redirector that implemented a
different hunt group scheme than we use now. The redirector sources
exist, but are never configured now (and that scheme is not supported by
sipXconfig).
I believe we can and should remove the implementation,
sipXregistry/lib/redirect_plugins/SipRedirectorHunt.{cpp,h}, the hunt
group database, and any references to it that we find.
