Hello... We are running Pingtel's 3.10.3 version of sipx and the call Details record is basic at best.
Will this issue be addressed in future releases with available options for detailed record creation instead of implementing a 3rd party database access program? For instance, incoming calls to a hunt group is being registered in the Active display, but the question...Who (which extention) in the hunt group picked up the call cannot be answered.
