I looked at this patch, and it looks pretty good.
There is one subtle point - the registration and subscription databases
are never written by sipXconfig - they are created and read by the
processes that use them (although registration is read by sipXconfig).
I think this has two implications:
* In the process definitions that use them, they should have the
attributes:
required='false' configAccess='read-only'
* The loading methods for these databases could be changed to
always succeed, even when no file is present.
