I just have to confirm that it's not my diskless (NFS root) lab setup that is causing it. Damn ruby call resolver has just crashed my lab box after eating 3GB of RAM while processing CSEs from the last test. Will turn off CDRs, setup a 150 active agents test for XECS-1930 and reconfirm the ~17k barrier. I had been able to get into this hanging state twice, once after 16k calls and the second time after 17k calls so this is not some magic number that makes it always happen.
