On the Features > ACD Server page at present there is no ACD server added by default and the help text does not explain to the user how to add an ACD server. Is it intended that an ACD Server will be added at default or will the user have to manually add an ACD server by going to System > Servers > Services > Add new role, then add a "Call Centre" service? If so then I propose that the help text on the ACD Server page state this and a link added under "Quick Links" to be able to easily add this server.
